Food Glorious Food
Students are enjoying the “Food Glorious Food” course and who wouldn’t when there is Food Tasting involved. Recently students were introduced to the Physical and Sensory Properties of Food. They then enjoyed a wide variety of foods blindfolded (for some sections) and had to note the appearance, texture, aroma, sound and taste. At their disposal was a word bank for sensory analysis. It was certainly a fun and interesting lesson.
