In the course Food Glorious Food, students explored the Food journey from Hunting and Gathering to Ancient Egyptians and Preservation, Bush Tucker Food , Packaging & Labelling to Food Waste Management and lots in between. There was also some Food Tasting as a necessary component of our research.
In one of our lessons, we conducted a Science experiment whereby students had to carry out a test to see the Oxidation process in Apples.
