Here you will be able to choose your preferences for Semester 1 2019.
Step 1 Click on the Nomination Form link. Read the course information carefully and choose your courses in order of preference.
Step 2 Year 5 students complete the online medical and contract if you haven’t already. Year 6 students if you need to update your medical information. Complete the form Student-Health-Care-Form and scan and email to catherine.pitcher@education.wa.edu.au Otherwise, proceed to step 3.
